Why?
To learn about skin tone and proper proportions of hands or feet

ART 3 Planning Guide Requirements

Size: 16"x20"
-
Choose only 1: watercolor, acrylic, pastels, oil pastel, or colored pencil
-
Color: skin tones must be realistic and lifelike
-
Background: can be like your photo or it can be a gradient
-
The artwork must be of your own hand.

Options: 1-5 hands the more hands included, the smaller they can be but must fill the picture plane. Same applies if you want to do feet.

Friday, Oct 12: Photo reference due

Monday, Oct 15: Last day to figure out mixtures for base color, highlights and shadow colors

Mon, Oct 15 - Fri, Oct 19: practice small version of photo

Mon, Oct 22: begin artwork on large final paper

Friday, Nov 2: 50% completion check
