Week 1 Assignment

Supplies needed:

• Drawing board from cubby

• Sharpie taped to a skinny branch

• 18x24" drawing paper

• Easel

• Bulldog clip

Why?

• To be able to create an artwork showing space (10-30 feet)

• To be able to give up control to create expressive line

​

Instructions:

Spend 15-20 minutes on each drawing. Start with a still life object within a few feet of your drawing. Slowly work your way to the background trying to show up to 30 feet.
